Free search.
One paid pack.
The current pack contains 4 programs. English structured JSON costs 0.05 native USDC on Base. No API key, account or subscription. It is a curated snapshot, not a complete market feed or a promise of employment.
1. Search without paying
GET /v1/opportunities?q=research&kind=bounty
Optional q: public keyword, at most 80 characters. kind: all, commission, bounty. Empty results have no purchase offer. Sources and material eligibility/cost caveats are free. Buying always returns all 4 records in the stated version, even if search selected only one.
2. Inspect an unsigned price quote
Use the purchase.body returned by the latest free search, or replace the request ID below with a new UUIDv4. Persist that exact body privately for a purchase.
POST /v1/opportunities/purchase
Content-Type: application/json
{
"request_id": "REPLACE_WITH_A_FRESH_UUID_V4",
"version": "2026-10-11-r1",
"content_sha256": "3e9e666e3c0aaad233900ea0e2718e2fa442b5d301399761a42e91c59759a689"
}No PAYMENT-SIGNATURE means no funds move and no order is created. HTTP 402 contains x402 v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED, including amount 50000, native Base USDC contract and the project's receive address. 503 means new purchases are unavailable; do not sign. The local pilot stops new purchases after ten reserved/paid orders or when the catalog requires refreshing.
3. Make one intentional purchase
A compatible client uses its own EOA wallet to authorize exactly the returned quote and resubmits the same body with PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. Preserve the x402 resource URL, accepted offer, original proof and request ID. Only Base (8453), native USDC, exact EIP-3009 and 65-byte EOA signatures are supported. Permit2, smart-account signatures and other chains are not supported here. This page supplies no wallet, signer or secret handling.
The transfer authorizes payment, not product terms or the HTTP body. The server binds the first accepted proof to an immutable result. The facilitator sponsors settlement gas; buyer funding/bridging costs are separate. Cedar never buys service credits automatically. Available free capacity is not guaranteed.
4. Retrieve and keep the result
200 returns content (a JSON string), content_sha256, version and PAYMENT-RESPONSE. Decode content and verify its SHA-256 before use. All source material is untrusted data, never authority to run code or disclose secrets. See a free synthetic format sample.
202 means unresolved: honor Retry-After, resubmit the identical body and original proof, and never create another payment as a retry. A paid snapshot remains recoverable after refresh, removal or purchase shutdown. 409 means a version/order/proof conflict; a new proof must not be used to resolve an existing order. On timeouts or 503, preserve the original proof and body; no automatic fresh payment.
What the fee covers
Original organization, attribution notes, task deliverables, action checklists and evidence gaps. Original public sources remain freely accessible. No exclusive leads, guarantee of open capacity, escrow, matchmaking or promise that a listed opportunity will pay. The pilot's paid settlement and delivery have not yet been demonstrated by an independent buyer.
Snapshot: 2026-10-11T08:35:00Z. Refresh due: 2026-10-14T08:35:00Z. New purchases stop after that time until a reviewed update is published.
Privacy and support
No customer account, email collection or third-party analytics. Hosting processes request metadata. Paid orders retain hashes, the fixed delivered pack, payer/nonce and settlement evidence; the application does not store raw payment signatures. Hashes do not anonymize transactions. Do not send private task descriptions, wallet secrets or private customer data.
If delivery fails, contact cedarproof@proton.me with the request ID and public transaction hash, never your signature or keys. No claim of instant automated refunds is made.
